Delete Your GigSnap Account

At GigSnap by Mark Ross, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account, we’ve made the process simple.

🧾 What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Your user profile (name, nickname, email, profile photo)
• Any saved social links, website URLs, and videos
• Posts, comments, and other content you’ve created
• Your saved location and gig preferences

All associated data will be removed from our systems within 7 days of your request.

🔒 What May Be Retained

We may retain certain minimal records if required by law or to resolve disputes, such as:

• Transactional logs or metadata
• Abuse or moderation flags

These are stored securely and deleted once the retention purpose is fulfilled.

🛠️ How to Delete Your Account

To delete your GigSnap account:

1. Send an email to markross@launch5media.com
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My GigSnap Account"
3. Include the email address associated with your account

We will confirm your request and begin the deletion process within 3 business days.
